The Crookston Fire Department responded to the following calls on 2/16/2021:
At 8:25 a.m., the CFD responded to the 500 block of Victoria St for a report of a smell of natural gas. Upon investigation, it was found that this was related to a call from 2/13/2021. Great Plains Natural Gas was once again notified and CFD cleared the scene.
At 6:35 p.m., the CFD responded to the 300 block of S Minnesota St for an alarm activation. Upon arrival, it was found that a steam pipe had sprung a leak and that set off the alarm. Maintenance turned repaired the pipe, and CFD reset the panel and cleared the scene.
