The Northwest Regional Corrections Center has announced the arrest of the following –
Michael Andrew Hill, 30 of Crookston, for 5th-degree procurement/possession/control over a controlled substance.
Ricky Allen Karel, 35 of East Grand Forks, for contempt of court – breach of the peace to interrupt proceedings.
