Maxine “Mickie” Newhouse age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her home on Maple Lake, Mentor, MN, after a courageous battle with Pancreatic cancer. The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team won two and lost two matches at the Hillsboro/Central Valley duals on Saturday. Crookston beat Mayville-Portland-Clifford-Galesburg 33-24, tied Northern Cass 36-36 but won the match by criteria, lost to LaMoure 33-28, and lost to Pembina County North 48-28.
