The Crookston High School is showing its Pirate Pride in bigger ways than ever with the addition of two new signs on the front of the school. The first one is a large, glowing sign on the outside of the Auditorium and above the Pirate Ship saying, “Crookston High School” with the Pirate logo. The
Today, the Crookston High School Community Projects Class visited Arctic Cat in Thief River Falls for a tour. 24 students went on the visit that included a factory tour with all the different stations throughout. They saw the production of Side by Sides, ATV’s and Snowmobiles, and the visit included guest speakers from the plant
Motorists on Highway 2 from Erskine to Fosston can expect short-term delays and lane closures as construction begins mid-May. During the project, crews will be replacing the concrete roadway on Highway 2 eastbound lanes between Erskine and Fosston as well as Highway 2 westbound lanes in McIntosh. The roadway will be replaced with bituminous pavement.
