The Crookston Pirate Wrestling team had six wrestlers in the championship and came away with two champions and a team runner-up finish with 162 points, 51 points behind United North Central, as they hosted the Rodd Olson Invitational Wrestling tournament at the Crookston High School gymnasium. The University of Minnesota Crookston (UMC) Golden Eagles Women’s Basketball team hosted the Minnesota State Moorhead (MSUM) Dragons on Saturday afternoon inside of Lysaker Gymnasium for an NSIC tilt.
