The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests. Jennifer Lynn Zavala, 34 of Crookston, for Third-Degree Drug Possession of Narcotics. Joseph Eugene Johnson, 69 of Crookston, for First-Degree Criminal Sexual Misconduct.
