MINNESOTA REPORTS 2 DEATHS & 650 NEW CASES OF COVID-19, 5 IN POLK COUNTY

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 650 new cases of COVID-19 and two deaths.  The positive test rate was 5 percent, down from Sunday.
