STATE BUDGET FORECAST SWINGS FROM BILLION DOLLAR DEFICIT TO BILLION DOLLAR SURPLUS

POLK COUNTY HAS 5 NEW CONFIRMED COVID CASES; MN REPORTS 1,001 NEW CASES, 12 DEATHS
