MN REPORTS 1,207 NEW CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES, 75 DEATHS, 3 NEW CASES IN POLK COUNTY

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 1,207 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, 306 probable cases from antigen testing, and 75 deaths. GOVERNOR WALZ SIGNS EXECUTIVE ORDER TO REOPEN POOLS FOR LAP SWIM AND SWIM TEAMS

Governor Tim Walz today signed an Executive Order to reopen pools for lap swim and organized swim teams.  Beginning on Monday, January 4, 2021, pools may reopen for lap swim and organized sports activities as long as facilities follow social distancing requirements specific to pools in the guidance posted to the Stay Safe Minnesota website.
