MN REPORTS 5,296 NEW COVID-19 CASES, 21 DEATHS; POLK COUNTY HAS 19 NEW CASES

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 5,135 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, 161 probable cases from antigen testing, and 21 deaths.
