Highland School teacher Andrea Ingersoll organized a Highland School Nature Center cleanup on Saturday morning. The Nature Center vegetation and trees had overtaken the Nature Center, but with COVID-19 mask breaks and teachers wanting to spend more time outside, Ingersoll thought a cleanup would help get it back into shape, and she was right! The Big Ten announced Minnesota’s 2020 football schedule today. The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers are slated to play eight conference games – four at home and four on the road. Special date games, including Fridays, will be determined and announced at a later date. Game times will also be announced at a later date.
The Minnesota Department of Health released the latest COVID-19 numbers Saturday morning. The state reported 924 new positive tests and 13 deaths.
