The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 937 new cases of COVID-19 and four deaths. Two of the newly reported cases were in Polk County, which has now had 275 cases since the pandemic began. On Sunday, September 20, at about 8:02 p.m. an Officer with the Grand Forks Police Department attempted a traffic stop on a tan Ford Escape, ND/605-AXY for reckless driving in the 1000 block of North 51st St. The vehicle fled the area and a pursuit was initiated by the officer.
