CROOKSTON KNOWLEDGE BOWL TEAM WINS REGIONALS, ADVANCES TO STATE

The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl team won the regional competition in Thief River Falls on Wednesday, March 11 earning their second consecutive trip to the state competition.  The state competition will be held April 2-3.  Team members are Ben Brantner, Ainsley Boucher, Emily Gillette, Scott Cordova, and Walker Winjum.

UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA CAMPUSES, INCLUDING CROOKSTON, MOVING TO ONLINE ONLY INSTRUCTION UNTIL AT LEAST APRIL 1

ATHLETE OF THE WEEK – Brock Reller

The KROX Radio Athlete of the Week is the University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagle Baseball player, Brock Reller, a 6’3, junior, outfielder, from Grand Forks, North Dakota. Reller was named NSIC player of the week this week after batting 11-of-19 for a .579 batting average while UMC went 3-1 in Florida during that span.
