The Crookston Pirate Girls’ Basketball team scored the first 14 points of the game and held on the rest of the way to beat the Stephen-Argyle Storm 67-58 in Argyle. Crookston Middle School Mathcounts team advances to state!

Crookston Middle School students competed in the Mathcounts chapter competition held Friday, February 7, in Thief River Falls. The Competition Series has four levels of competition: school, chapter, state, and national. Each level is comprised of four rounds: Sprint, Target, Team, and Countdown Round. There were 52 competitors. The Mathcount competition is for kids in grades
