Fire calls: At 9:53 Monday evening, the Crookston Fire Department responded to a report of a grass fire in a ditch in the area of Sections 23 and 24 in Crookston Township. On arrival nothing was found, so the report was either in error, or the fire burned out before they got there.
Betty Jane (Olson) Kirchmeier, 92, was the 4th and youngest child born to Arthur “Roy” and Marie (Ramstorf) Olson on September 10, 1926 in Ada, MN.
