RED LAKE RIVER IN CROOKSTON LIKELY TO CREST BETWEEN 24.5 TO 26.1 FEET THIS SPRING

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks released an updated flood outlook this morning.  The risk for flooding in the Red River Basin has risen to moderate to major throughout the region.  With two storm systems in line for the next week, the water content in the snowpack is expected to rise across the region.
