The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following –  Timothy Garret Jenson, 27, of Crookston, for Disorderly Conduct. Tammy Jo-Anne Heinecke, 55, of Winger, for a False Emergency, Emergency Telephone Calls/Communication. Troy Lee Ashmore, 33, of Crookston, for Domestic Assault, Intentionally Inflicts/Attempts to Inflict Bodily Harm on Another.
