The 36th Annual Miss Crookston Scholarship Pageant was held Thursday evening in front of a packed house at the Crookston High School auditorium. This year’s theme was “Clothed in Confidence.” Miss Crookston 2016 Morgan Kresl was the emcee. Avery Mathews, daughter of Jami and James Mathews, was crowned Miss Crookston 2026. The RiverView Health and Ox Cart Days Dodgeball tournament had a huge turnout of 42 teams and over 200 kids competed in the competition on Wednesday evening at the Ray Ecklund Complex Tennis Courts on a perfect evening. There were several hundred more watching the tournament. The winners of the four age groups are below.

The 2026 Ox Cart Days Medallion was found on Thursday by Bladen Melsa. The medallion was located at Valley Technology Park. Bladen will receive a $200 cash prize for finding the medallion.
