BENEDICTINE LIVING COMMUNITY RECOGNIZES VERNA ROOD AS SENIOR ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

Congratulations to Verna Rood, who is the Benedictine Living Community – Crookston’s November Athlete of the Month.

Verna has been a faithful participant in the Summit Assisted Living morning exercise class. It is held Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. Since Verna has moved in, she has not missed a class. Verna is a retired Activity Professional and has even stepped up to assist with exercise classes. Besides being a faithful participant in all programming, Verna is supportive and kind to her fellow tenants and staff.

Color: Pink
Season: Summer
Exercise: Walking and Stretching
Rainy Day Activity: Reading, watching TV and visiting with friends
