BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH TO HOLD ITS 75TH ANNUAL SMORGASBORD OCTOBER 15

The smell of fall is in the air in Red Lake Falls as Bethany Lutheran Church prepares for its 75th Annual Smorgasbord. This year’s Smorgasbord will be held on Sunday, October 15, serving from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church.

A full homemade menu of Scandinavian favorites featuring Swedish meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes, Lutefisk casserole, sot suppe (sweet soup), flat brod, lefse, rommegrot, coleslaw, baked beans, and homemade breads. For dessert we have krumkake, yulekaka, lefse and an array of specialty cookies. All to be served to you in a beautifully decorated fellowship hall by smiling waiters and waitresses donned in traditional attire. There is something for everyone.
You are invited to attend the Scandinavian meal celebration.

Tickets are sold at the door $15.00 for adults, and children 12 and under are $5.00. Free delivery is offered in Red Lake Falls, with orders placed during serving times by calling 218-253-2589.
