Crookston High School Junior, Blaine Asman, auditioned and was selected as Tenor II for the 2019-2020 Minnesota Music Educators Association All-State Men’s Chorus. Blaine will attend the All-State choir camp from August 5 – August 10, at St. Olaf College, Northfield, MN. The All-State Choirs will gather together again on February 14-15 to perform at the Minnesota Music Educator’s Convention. Blaine is the son of Amy Asman, Cassie Kappelhoff and Billy & Kelly Danielson. He is the grandson to the late Howard and Nancy Asman.
All-State is a program to develop the finest musicians and leaders among Minnesota’s most accomplished high school students. The All-State program supports secondary school music ensembles, MMEA members and members’ students.
