Bremer is celebrating five years of partnering with United Way to assemble Welcome Home kits for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness into the comfort and stability of their own homes. Each kit contains various household essentials, from dishware, silverware, and kitchen utensils to blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, and more. Bremer employees also volunteer by creating tie blankets to add to the kits. The Welcome Home kits are then distributed to organizations throughout Bremer’s communities, where they soon make their way to individuals and families to help them get a fresh start in their newfound homes.
