The Crookston School Board will be holding a special meeting this Thursday night, September 23, at 5:00 p.m. to consider moving from level 2 up to level 3 of the school safety plan. Members of the Crookston Parks & Recreation board meet this evening inside the City Hall Council Chambers. Due to a lack of quorum, no action could be taken on the agenda, and the meeting was canceled. There was only one item that was supposed to be on the agenda, to discuss the city’s outdoor rinks.
