MINNESOTA ONLY HAS 663 NEW COVID-19 CASES AND 3 DEATHS

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 663 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state out of 19,310 tests for a positive rate of 3.4 percent.  The state also reported 131 probable cases and three deaths.  The following area counties reported cases – Lake of the Woods County – 2, Roseau County – 1, Marshall County
