HIGHWAY 220 NOW OPEN FROM HIGHWAY 1 TO HIGHWAY 317

Highway 220 from Highway 1 to the junction of Highways 220 and 317 is now open to traffic according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. CLIMAX MAN ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF DWI, DIES WHILE IN CUSTODY

On Wednesday, November 13 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Crookston Police Department arrested 61-year-old Larry Monson, of Climax, suspected of driving while intoxicated and transported him to the Northwest Regional Correctional Center (NWRCC) in Crookston.  While at the NWRCC Monson had a medical emergency.  Lifesaving efforts were performed on Monson and Crookston Area Ambulance responded
