On Friday, October 25 at approximately 11:45 a.m. a Federal Prisoner (Fabian Wayne English, 33) escaped during a medical appointment at Riverview Hospital in Crookston. During the escape, English stole a pickup and crashed it into the river. A short time later English was apprehended. There is no danger to the public. The Polk County
