Highway 220 from Highway 1 to the junction of Highways 220 and 317 is now open to traffic according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. On Wednesday, November 13 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Crookston Police Department arrested 61-year-old Larry Monson, of Climax, suspected of driving while intoxicated and transported him to the Northwest Regional Correctional Center (NWRCC) in Crookston.
