The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals: Wichoni Destiny Patterson, 24, of St. Michael, ND, for felony 3rd-degree drug possession. Julieta Floresca Dyrdahl, 55 of Crookston, for misdemeanor 5th-degree assault.
The University of Minnesota Crookston’s fall enrollment is 1,839, up from 1,834 a year ago. On-Campus enrollment is for the fall is 784, which is down from 803 last fall. Students in the landscape installation class installed their sensory path designs at Castle Park in the past two weeks. They coordinated this effort with Kirsten Fagerlund at Polk County Public Health and Amanda Lien. Sensory paths are designed to help kids with sensory processing disorders and those learning how to be mobile on different surfaces.
