UPDATE 6/7/19 11:05 a.m. An arrest has been made in this case. On Thursday, June 6, at approximately 7:15 p.m. Nicaise B. Adjobi, 25 yoa, of Grand Forks, was arrested and charged with Robbery and Aggravated Assault. This remains an active investigation and investigators are working to determine whether there were any other suspects involved.
On Thursday, June 6 at approximately 10:34 p.m., officers from the Grand Forks Police Department were dispatched to the area of 4265 5th Ave. N., an apartment complex, for the report of several apparent gunshots. Officers arrived on scene, canvassed the neighborhood, and spoke with several individuals who reported hearing several gunshots shortly before 2234
