The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the arrest of the following over the weekend –   Pablo Salinas Jr., 21, of Crookston, for Burglary in the first degree, assault person in building/on property. Steven Paul Fjerstad, 71, of Fosston, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired and refusal to submit a chemical test.
