The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following- Mauro Vega, 45, of East Grand Forks, for third-degree traffic DUI and refused to submit to chemical testing. Joseph Eugene Johnson Jr., 53, of Crookston, for domestic abuse and violation of a no-contact order within ten years of previous conviction.
