DRIVER OF CAR THAT WENT IN RIVER IN CROOKSTON IDENTIFIED

UPDATE (1:31 p.m.) The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle that entered the river has been identified as William Mark Tuseth (26) of Crookston.  An autopsy is being performed; no foul play is suspected.  The vehicle recovered from the river is a 2010 Chevy Impala.  The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting with the crash.

ARREST/FIRE REPORT – OCTOBER 13, 2023

The Crookston Fire Department (CFD) responded to the following calls on 10/12/2023  At 12:00 p.m., the CFD responded to the 700 block of E Roberts St for a report of smoke in a building. Upon arrival, the CFD investigated, and it was found to be smoke coming from a motor. There was no danger present.
