On June 6 at about 7:14 a.m., Grand Forks Police Officers were informed of an intoxicated driver northbound on South Washington Street from 32nd Avenue South. The Grand Forks Police Department is currently investigating three reported incidents of Indecent Exposure within Grand Forks city limits. Victims advise the suspect will slowly drive by while operating a motor vehicle and thrust his hips upward, exposing his genitals. The Crookston Ways and Means Committee had a special meeting on Monday evening to discuss the 2023 Street Improvement projects, and they decided to scrap all the projects except two because the one quote they received was over 40 percent of what they had estimated.
