Winter Storm Warning issued for portions of NW Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, including Crookston on Tuesday

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks, North Dakota, has issued a Winter Storm Warning for portions of northwest Minnesota and eastern North Dakota, including Crookston and the area from 6:00 a.m. Tuesday to 6:00 a.m. Wednesday.
