The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston made the following arrests. Katie Marie Legg, 31, of East Grand Forks, for Uninsured Vehicle-Owner Violation Jason Paul Labine, 48, of Big Lake, for 3rd-Degree DUI and Refusing to submit to a chemical test.
