CROOKSTON’S ISAAC THOMFORDE RECEIVES #3 SEED AT STATE TENNIS TOURNEY

Crookston High School senior Isaac Thomforde has received the #3 seed in singles at the Minnesota State Individual Class A Tennis Tournament that will start on Thursday, June 6 at Reed-Sweatt Tennis Center in Minneapolis.  Thomforde won the Section 8A Championship and was 25-2 on the year. ASHLYN BAILEY LEADS PIRATE TRACK WITH A 3RD & 5TH PLACE AT SECTION TRACK

The Crookston Pirate Boys and Girls Track and Field teams had 10 athletes, eight girls, and two boys, competing in the Section 8A meet on Friday at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton High School in Glyndon. The Crookston Girls finished 12th place out of 19 scoring teams with 20 points, while West Marshall won the meet with 100 points.
