UMC MEN’S BASKETBALL GETS A VERBAL COMMITMENT FROM AN OMAHA GUARD

The University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagle Men’s Basketball team received a verbal commitment from Chandler Meeks, a 6’1 guard from Westside High School in Omaha, Nebraska. UMC’S CONNOR HUMBLE NAMED NSIC MEN’S GOLFER OF THE WEEK

University of Minnesota Crookston men’s golfer Connor Humble (Sr., Rosemount) was named NSIC Men’s Co-Golfer of the Week. Humble earned a top-10 finish at the Mule in Warrensburg, Missouri April 4-5, and tied for the top NSIC individual finish.  Humble shot a three-round score of 211, with rounds of one-over par 71, and even-par 70

BREANNA KRESSIN BREAKS AND TIES A SCHOOL RECORD WHILE WINNING 3 RACES AGAIN

The Crookston Pirate Girls Track team finished second out of 10 teams and the Pirate Boys Track team finished 8th out of 11 teams at the Pine to Prairie indoor track meet at Concordia College in Moorhead on Monday evening.  Park Christian won the girls division while East Grand Forks won the boys division easily.

UMC BASEBALL GETS GREAT PITCHING, AUGUSTANA WAS A LITTLE BETTER IN 2-0 VICTORY

The Augustana Vikings showed the University of Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagle Baseball team why they are ranked #17 in the nation as their outstanding pitching staff shut down the UMC offense for the third straight game on their way to a 2-0 victory in the third and final game of the Northern Sun Conference series
