The Crookston Pirate Girl’s swim team had three first place finishes in a 198-48 loss against the Thief River Falls Prowlers in a dual hosted at the Crookston Community Pool. The Pirates simply couldn’t match the depth of Thief River Falls team, but Crookston did have several strong performances in the events they competed in.
The Crookston Pirate Volleyball team suffered a sweep for the second time this week falling to Barnesville 3-0 (25-11, 25-12, 25-18) in a non-Section match played at the Crookston High School Gymnasium.
