CATHEDRAL OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION HOLDS MAY COMMUNITY MEAL

The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception had its monthly Community Meal in the Cathedral Church Dining Room on Wednesday, which was open to the public to come and enjoy a free meal of orange chicken, rice, mashed potatoes, corn, water, coffee, bread, and a chocolate-pretzel-peanut butter bar.

The Cathedral was assisted by church volunteers and students of the Religious Education Kids to serve food and wash dishes, and even gave take home boxes to any comers that wished to take any food they couldn’t finish home or could take to anyone who could not come to the dinner.

The next Cathedral Community dinner will be held on Wednesday, June 8, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Cathedral Church Dining Room. Pictures of the Meal can be seen below.
