CHANDLER ERICKSON CROWNED 2021 MISS TOOTSIE

The 2021 Miss Tootsie Pageant was held at the Crookston Eagles Club on Friday night and Chandler Erickson was crowned Miss Tootsie.

It was a clean sweep as Chandler Erickson won the people’s choice award, special talent award, on-stage question award, and evening gown award. Jared Mckinnon was the first runner-up. The other participants were Jear Flage, Mitch Weazner, Jimmy Hilgedick.

2019 Miss Tootsie Tyler Brekken gave some on-stage entertainment and crowned this year’s winner.

Mel Lessard put on the event, and all proceeds will go towards bringing Nathan Harmon to Crookston to speak to Crookston High School and UMC students about drug addiction and suicide. More details about that event will come in the future.
