CHEDA BOARD MEETING BEING HELD TOMORROW MORNING

The Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) board will meet tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. inside Valley Technology Park. There will be a public hearing to discuss the Capital Fund 5-year plan, as well as consideration to appointing Robert Barnes Jr., as the new CHEDA Executive Director.

The Consent Agenda includes EDA Financials, Crookston Job Loan Status and Financials, Community Investment Financials, B3 Grants and Financials, the Prairie Skyline Project, Epitome Energy Financials, Crookston Jobs Revolving Loan Fund, Revolving Loan Status and Financials, Oak Court Public Housing Financials, Housing Choice Voucher Financials, Workforce Housing Financials, Rehab Housing Loan Status and Financials, All CHEDA Bills Payable, Valley Technology Park Financials, Valley Technology Park Building Occupancy, and Valley Technology Park Expanded Business Incubation.

The board will also hear a Colborn Property Infrastructure Update, POHP Plumbing Project Update, and discuss how far each board member has gotten on their “Lead the Way Training.”

The Regular Agenda includes consideration for requesting qualifications for Engineering and Architectural services on the POHP 2020 Project. The agenda also includes an HRA Annual Plan Approval, a purchase agreement for 1603 Hoven Lane, Consideration for extended a loan agreement with Epitome Energy, Approving the 2020 Audited Financials, Discussing the 2022 CHEDA Budget, B3 Recommendation, and consideration for changing the time and date of the future CHEDA Board meetings.

The meeting is open to the public and all are invited to attend.
