CHEDA BOARD TO HOLD LAST MEETING OF 2021 ON TUESDAY, DEC. 21

The Crookston Housing & Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) will meet on Tuesday, December 21, at 7:00 a.m. inside Valley Technology Park. The meeting will begin with the approval of the October 19 meeting minutes.

The Consent Agenda includes approving EDA Financials, Crookston Job Loan Status and Financials, Community Investment Financials, B3 Grants and Financials, the Prairie Skyline Project, Epitome Energy Financials, Revolving Loan Status and Financials, Oak Court Public Housing Financials, Housing Choice Voucher Financials, Workforce Housing Financials, Rehab Housing Loan Status and Financials, and all CHEDA bills payable. The Consent Agenda also includes approving Valley Technology Park Financials, Valley Technology Park Building Occupancy, and Valley Technology Park Expanded Business Incubation.

The Main Agenda includes considering a change to the Personnel Policy, a B3 recommendation, and a B3 application from Sistas Corner in Crookston. The Main Agenda also includes approving the 2022 CHEDA budget and discussing a new schedule for CHEDA meetings in 2022.

Other items include an update on the Colborn Property Infrastructure project, an update on the POHP Plumbing Project, and updates on 1603 Hoven Lane and Epitome Energy.

The meeting is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend.
