The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) will meet on Tuesday, July 18, at Valley Technology Park.
The consent agenda will include approving the June 20 board meeting minutes. It will also have the approval of Crookston Housing and EDA payables and the support of the Tahran housing report. The final item on the consent agenda will discuss the Industrial Park, Private Drive updates, the 2024 budget plan, and Marketing in Crookston and Washington School.
The main agenda will include updates on the 2023 Crookston Downtown Business Market Area Profile (MAP). It will also have the Economic Development Update Report.
