The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) will meet on Tuesday, September 26, at Valley Technology Park.
The agenda will discuss the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP). It will also include a discussion about the UMC Marketing Focus Group. The final agenda item is regarding the Crookston Inn Revolving Loan.
The consent agenda will include approving the minutes from the August 15 board meeting and the special board meeting from August 24. It will also approve the EDA’s August bills and disbursements. It will also have an Economic Development report regarding the industrial park, Pirate Drive, and Washington School. The final consent agenda items will approve the CHEDA Housing Director wage adjustment to June 1, 2023.
