The City of Crookston will award grants to local non-profit organizations in 2024. If your non-profit organization is requesting funds from the City, you must provide the following no later than September 13, 2023.
1. Financial Statement for the year ending 12/31/2022
2. Budget and YTD financials for 2023
3. Proposed budget for 2024
4. Amount of contribution requested from the City for 2024
5. A current W9 form for 2023
The information should be submitted to Crookston City Hall at 124 North Broadway. Your request must be received no later than September 13, 2023, to be considered before the adoption of the preliminary budget for 2024.
