Grand Forks officials have closed the lower areas of Lincoln Dr. Park, the north end pedestrian bridge and the south end pedestrian bridge due to rising flood waters from the Red River.
The rest of the Greenway remains open at this point but users may come across parts of trails that are closed due to water.
