Position: Part-time Lawn Care & Snow Removal Provider
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $19.50 per hour (depending on experience)

The City of Mentor is looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to join our crew keeping our lawns pristine in the summer and streets clear all winter.
Job Responsibilities
• Summer/Fall: Perform weekly lawn mowing, string trimming, weeding, property clean-ups, and basic landscape maintenance.
• Winter: Operate all equipment associated with snow removal required to clear streets, alleys, sidewalks, and municipal facilities. Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (extreme heat or cold).
• Previous experience in lawn care or snow removal is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate!
• Flexible availability during winter storms (early morning starts and occasional weekend work as needed).
