The Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs), in conjunction with the University of Minnesota, provide clean energy assistance to businesses and organizations in Greater Minnesota. All of CERTs’ assistance is at no cost.
For businesses, CERTs can help with:

Information on utility programs (such as energy assessments and rebates)

Assistance throughout the process of getting solar, including a preliminary virtual solar site assessment and financial modeling, evaluation of bids from installers, and more

Assistance with grants, such as USDA Rural Energy America Program grants for up to 50% of project costs

Assistance with loans, such as Property Assessed Clean Energy
