Climax-Fisher Girls Basketball eighth-grader Peyton Hoffman scored the 1,000th point of her career in a 75-53 victory over Bagley on Thursday, January 18. Hoffman scored 33 points and grabbed 21 rebounds in the game.
Hoffman needed 23 points going into the game on Thursday and was able to reach the milestone with a basket in the second half.
Hoffman is an eighth-grader and the youngest player to reach the milestone in Knight history. Hoffman scored 624 points last year as a seventh-grader while averaging 23 points and 11 rebounds per game.
Hoffman is the daughter of Brenda Slyt and Donovan Hoffman.
