The Climax Public Library will offer a primer in Lefse making on Thursday, November 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lefse, a traditional Norwegian flatbread, is a delicious regional favorite. Those wishing to learn more about making Lefse can learn from local experts at the Climax Public Library, 104 W. Broadway. Leeann and Patti will share the process from start to finish. Equipment and supplies will be provided, but attendees must bring their rolling pin and apron. This program is offered free of charge, and all are welcome.
